I've made it my mission to help people heal and make sense of the road they’ve been on, because I've been there and know just how hard it is. I have built a community of over 240K followers on social media, where I share practical mental health tips and insights, and most recently won two counselling awards for my contribution in the mental health world.
My personal approach to therapy is one that facilitates the process of self-discovery and long-lasting change. I will work with you to unpack your story and look at what aligns with your truth, and what was created for safety and protection. We'll tend to old wounds, challenge unhelpful behaviours, sit with difficult emotions and build better relationships.
