Internal Family Systems is the fundamental psychotherapeutic approach that helps people deal with the legacy of trauma. We will work collaboratively, understanding what is being brought to the room and making sense of it together in an environment of safety and respect. I hope that our time together will deepen your self awareness and capacity for a fuller sense of you. Through expanding and deepening your understanding of yourself, compassion and perspectives can broaden- loosening the bolts on personal narratives or beliefs and creating room and opportunities for a different experience.
I am pleased to offer IFS Therapy for individuals and IFIO for couple/dyads. I have worked in agency settings which include SARSAS- a specialist sexual violence service. Turning Point/Wiltshire Substance Misuse Service. Affordable Low Cost Counselling- Bristol. I reserve some spaces for concessions, please enquire whether these are available at this moment.
