Hello there, I understand that this can be an apprehensive place to start, but I would like to offer you a warm welcoming, safe, supportive, and non - judgmental space where you can be heard, reflecting and working together any underlying issues or any difficulties that may have affected you. I am a qualified Integrative counsellor, which means that I use different therapeutic approaches to support your needs. Counselling allows me to put myself "in your shoes", understand the way that it is affecting you, then by working together we can achieve those barriers to fulfil our lives to the fullest.
The first session will be a 15-20 minute consultation free of charge, which will allow me to get personal details about you, understanding how therapy works, and getting a general background of why would you like therapy, but most importantly to get a general feel of compatibility of us working together and then agreeing on the next step forward.

Therapy is not only good when you are a in crisis or at breaking point, but when we want to learn more about ourselves, overcoming barriers and difficulties, understanding how lifestyle affected us, when we want to have better relationships, when we want someone to care or just have someone to talk to, like a holiding hand.
