I work with individuals, couples or families presenting with a variety of concerns related to emotional wellbeing, mental health and relationships. I have a special interest in working with parents during pregnancy, postnatally and supporting those whose children are under five.
My focus is around supporting clients to think about their relationships, positive aspects of their lives and strengths alongside sharing concerns. I offer a bespoke approach, adapting to the needs of individuals drawing on approaches including psychodynamic, movement psychotherapy, mindfulness, narrative and compassionate focused therapy and EMDR.
You may be experiencing a period of difficulty or have a deeper rooted concern that you have been aware of for some time. We will think about your life and experiences together based on what you choose to share and some questions that I may ask.
