You may be completely new to therapy or re-engaging with it following a change in circumstance. I work with a range of clients from different backgrounds with all sorts of reasons for coming to therapy, whether working through a traumatic experience or needing time in their week to check in with themselves. Being human means we all face times of distress, which may manifest as anxiety, sadness, resignation, anger, confusion or pain. You may feel you need a reflective, confidential and non-judgmental space in your life to help process what is going on for you. You are most welcome, whatever it is that brings you here.
I am interested in your life story, how the past may be impacting on the present, and use narrative, embodied and creative methods to better understand what is happening for you, co-creating a space which feels safe and ready for you to explore. I will encourage you to be compassionate towards yourself while challenging unhelpful patterns in your life.
As a first step, feel free to contact me via email to set up a free 15-minute telephone conversation. Each person is different and their situation unique, so we can discuss whether working together feels like a good fit to best support you at this time.
