I will help you to allow your thoughts, feelings, emotions and behaviour to serve you better and offer you a space to gently experiment with doing things differently. I am particularly experienced with anxiety, trauma, sexual difficulties and PTSD.
I am acutely aware of how vulnerable it can make most people to go and talk to a stranger about their private life and difficulties.
