My name is Benedetta, but everyone calls me Bene. I believe therapy is a personal journey of self discovery and acceptance of yourself as a whole. Therapy is a powerful and transformative process. My aim is to help you understand yourself better, walking alongside you and offering guidance in finding your own ways to navigate your mental health journey. I believe you can become empowered to find tools for self healing, find resilience and develop self-trust and acceptance for yourself. I believe that we all have the tools within us to find our way through life's challenges.
I use an integrative approach that considers the person as whole: mind, body, spirit. I combine Counselling, hypnotherapy , mindfulness and somatic Yoga practices. This means that I combine elements from different approaches to support people going through life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, relationships issues.
