As an integrative therapist, I have multiple tools I can bring to our work. I come from a holistically informed framework as well as traditional Western psychotherapeutic approaches. Together we can work to explore the stories and lenses you live your life through, where those stories came from, and how to strengthen or rewrite them to suit your life.
