I have extensive experience working as a Counsellor supporting many people to overcome personal challenges. I work with a broad spectrum of conditions such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, low self-esteem, panic attacks and stress. I hold a interest in working with anxiety. I like to encourage and support change during therapy and understand the value in people achieving their goals. I offer both short term and long-term counselling.
