I am a fully qualified and registered Person Centred Therapeutic Counsellor with experience in working with a broad range of client issues. I work with individuals and couples to explore thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and what changes they want to make. My private practice in Rushden is based in a beautiful garden room that provides a comfortable and private space in which to meet.
My expertise is in 'Person Centred' counselling. It puts you, the client, at the centre of the work we do together by focussing our sessions on your concerns, feelings and values. I would support you in exploring how things are for you, and in working out what might make life better.
Counselling sessions provide you with a safe and confidential space to offload about, and explore, your world. In your sessions we might talk about depression, anxiety, self-esteem, anger, abuse, relationships or bereavement - or something else. There are no minimum or maximum number of sessions, so we can take things at your pace.
