Welcome, I am Bella. I am an integrative counsellor based in Dalkeith. As a counsellor I walk alongside my clients as they find flow at their own pace and in their unique way. As we work together building a trusting, professional relationship, we will explore what is going on for you and how past relationships and events have impacted you.
We will look at the connection between your thoughts and feelings, enabling you to identify negative thought patterns to move forward, develop a more compassionate view of yourself and a more hopeful outlook on life. For clients who find creative interventions helpful I offer sand tray work, bibliotherapy, drawing and/or writing as part of our work.
