Hi, I'm Jane. I bring my warmth, sensitivity and intuition to helping you understand the difficulty that has led you to seek therapy. I will work with you to explore what might be wanting to emerge through the pain or crisis that you are facing, and how that may lead to you having more ease, freedom and choice in your life; a life where you are thriving as opposed to simply existing. I have particular experience in working with identity issues (loss of self), anxiety and depression. I also understand the difficulty that often arises around mid-life. I create a space which is entirely yours to be ALL of who you are.
I am a transpersonal integrative therapist and trained with the Psychosynthesis Trust (3yrs post-grad). Prior to my training I had a successful and extensive career in Media. It was a calling to something deeper that led to my own therapy and training.
