Hi. Welcome to my page. I know it can be difficult to reach out, but you have already taken the first step towards positive change. We all struggle with the ups and downs of life at times. It can be difficult to work out why our actions and behaviours are not working to benefit us in life and why we might feel stuck. Counselling can help you to reflect on this and become aware of blind spots you have in order to free yourself from unhelpful patterns. I work therapeutically in many areas including addiction, anxiety, depression, grief, abuse, trauma, relationships, work related issues, phobias, and self-esteem, to name a few.
Through meaningful and purposeful conversation in a non-judgemental, supportive and confidential environment, you can become free from what holds you back in life and become the best version of yourself. I believe that making sense of who you are will help you to achieve true contentedness.
