My approach is person centred with holistic view of Humanistic Counselling and Gestalt Psychotherapy. I have experience of working with individuals and couples on exploring emotional challenges including; anxiety, depression, relationship issues, loss/bereavement, fertility problems, dysfunctional family difficulties,personality disorders.
As a counsellor and supervisor, I have performed a variety of roles as both a professional and a volunteer that have given me opportunities to gain experience of managing, developing and supporting people for over 15 years. I adhere to the high standards and ethical framework and am member of BACP.
