Working in an integrative way, facilitating the exploration of feelings using narrative and creativity in the process I have range of experience , writing articles for specialist magazines, teaching counselling and also in the educational setting, and couples.
With specialist training in bereavement, couple therapy and experience in complex trauma, besides anxiety, low self-esteem, i noticed that an integrative approach is optimal in terms of time and addressing issues. Initially with a slot of 12 sessions that may or not be expanded according to clients needs and decision.
