There are many reasons people face challenges in their lives, it may be due to chronic illness, poor or declining health, relationship breakdowns, school, college, university, or work pressures. Counselling can help you understand your feelings and support you on your journey of self-discovery.
As an Integrative Counsellor, I tailor the therapy to suit individual needs and issues presented. This means using different therapeutic techniques which I believe to be in my client's best interest. This could include, for example, talk therapy. CBT or mindfulness. I have a special interest in supporting people who are chronically ill.
Reaching out can be difficult but it is a positive step to a better understanding of self and the world around you. I welcome enquiries from all ages, genders, and sexualities. I offer a safe and inclusive environment and would be happy to have an initial conversation before you decide on whether to proceed with counselling.
