As an Integrative Counsellor, I am trained to work with different approaches to best support you.
I specialise in empowering clients who are overwhelmed by stress and anxiety, equipping them with psychoeducation and tool-kits to help them re-gain control of their lives. I've supported many clients in building stronger boundaries in their lives and developing a stronger and healthier relationship with themselves. I am currently a trainee EFT practitioner.
