Hello and welcome to my page, My name is Aude and I am a BACP registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Transformational Coach. I aim to offer a safe and calm approach rooted in compassion and understanding to fit your needs, challenges and concerns. As a multi-disciplinary therapist for adults and young people (from 11y old), my approach incorporates humanistic, person-centred, psychodynamic, mindfulness, life coaching, and CBT modalities, depending on my client's individual needs.
I aim to provide a warm, safe, supportive, non-judgemental space, allowing you to gain mind clarity and challenge established ways of thinking and being.
The first step is to consider counselling which may feel daunting for most people so I will be happy to answer any questions you may have about how the process works. The first session is focused on introducing myself, getting to know you and what you want to get out of collaboratively working with me in a safe and confidential setting.
