I’m Asifa, Trauma Informed and Neurodivergent Therapist and I welcome you. I have more than 20 years experience working in various settings within military, people living with mental health, disabilities and addictions. My recent work has been working with adults and families impacted by addictions, alongside school settings exploring various issues such as bereavement, trauma, bullying.
