I offer a safe, non judgemental space for you to air your thoughts and work through any struggles you may be facing at your own pace. Areas I have the most experience with include anxiety, PTSD, bereavement, anger management, family and relationship issues, disability and chronic illness. Although counselling can't change the past, it can help change your perspective, giving you the strength and resilience to be able to thrive despite the challenges you are facing!
I have over 10 years experience caring for people with complex medical needs in various healthcare settings, and have recently qualified with a 1st Class Honours degree in Counselling, with experience working therapeutically with adults, children (aged 7+) and young people with a wide range of issues over the past 2 years.
In addition to ensuring you have a safe, non judgemental space to talk freely, I also have a wide range of strategies and resources up my sleeve that might help you achieve your goals and sustain any changes long term.
