If your anxiety levels are very high, we'll usually work to bring it down first, then, once you're less stressed out, we'll work on achieving your goals. If you want to take back control and work in a tailored way to suit your personality, you are welcome to a free 30 minute consultation so we can discuss your needs & how I work. I use Counselling, Psychotherapy, EMDR, NLP, ERP, CBT and Hypnotherapy approaches to suit you. Some clients only need 6 sessions, to learn techniques to control anxiety or panic attacks, while others may stay on to resolve the underlying cause/s once they're feeling better.
I specialise in Anxiety reduction, so whether you want help with Anxiety, Panic Attacks, a Phobia, OCD, or GAD I'd be happy to hear from you. I use a blend of Psychotherapy tools, Counselling & occasionally, Hypnotherapy depending on your needs. I believe a one size fits all approach doesn't work in therapy.
