I specialise in supporting adults (18+) to recover from anxiety disorders, predominantly using CBT with ERP for OCD (e.g. panic disorder/panic attacks, agoraphobia, emetophobia and other phobias, social anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder, health anxiety, OCD, etc.), and low self-esteem and low mood/depression using recovery focused psychotherapy.
I can support you to build your own unique recovery programme, supported by psycho-educational resources. My aim is to support you when you need it and also give you the knowledge and understanding you need to continue your recovery on your own when you are ready to do so.
My professional fees are £50 per 1hr (min) session online. Extra time given for more complex anxiety disorders at no extra charge.
