I am a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor in Royal Wootton Bassett and Swindon. I offer a variety of support in emotional management, mental health and wellbeing, and difficult life events. I can assist you in identifying emotional difficulties whilst working collaboratively to develop strategies to address them. The stresses and strains of life can affect us all in different ways and counselling provides a way for us to make sense of our own world. Our emotional struggles often manifest as physical problems so we will work collaboratively to bring awareness to the hidden parts of ourselves.
I specialise in Anxiety and as an Anxiety UK Approved Therapist I am very passionate about the topic. I also work extensively with depression, trauma, addiction and relationship difficulties. I believe that our early childhood and attachment experiences shape how we think and behave as adults so I will assist you in making sense of past experiences.
