My aim is to help you to live a rich and meaningful life. Through an in-depth, reflective, supportive dialogue, I help you to clarify what you value, disentangling what really matters from old or habitual beliefs; identify and address the patterns that hold you back from living in a way that fully expresses your values; and look at ways in which you can start moving towards that valued life. I have a hybrid approach, both in-depth and practical, combining existential therapy and philosophical perspectives with more action-based approaches, including life coaching, solution-focused therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy.
The first step is to arrange an initial session to look at the issues and ways forward. This is a full session, and my hope is for you to have something constructive to take away from it. If we keep working together, our sessions will be tailored to you and your needs. The time frame is negotiable and will be discussed at the initial session.
