We all experience times of uncertainty, loss and change and I believe we all benefit from sharing our burdens with someone else, in a safe and non-judgemental way. I understand seeking psychological support can feel scary but my approach is open, warm and accepting. I work collaboratively with people, treating all information in the strictest confidence. My aim is to empower each person to develop their own skills, building resilience to manage difficulties, in the present and going forward.
My experience is extensive covering a broad body of work with adult clients. I draw on various therapeutic approaches integrating relational, psychodynamic and humanistic therapy, which includes person-centred, gestalt and transactional-analysis. I also implement stand-alone therapies, CBT, REBT, Schema Therapy and EMDR, working long and short term.
As an Accredited Psychotherapist I have a passion for improving the lives of those I work with. Relationship lies at the heart of all my work and forms the foundation of my approach. I look forward to working with you.
