I offer both Integrative Psychotherapy and Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), an evidence-based, effective therapy that can bring change in a small number of sessions in Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole.
I am a psychotherapist and counsellor with over 15 years experience. I aim to provide you with a safe, consistent, and supportive relationship within which we can explore your most pressing issues. I will offer honest feedback regarding the critical patterns in your life, and encourage you to uncover links with your past that shed new light on your present.
My in-person practice is based in Bournemouth and offers individual confidential counselling and psychotherapy to adults. I do my best to provide a well-organised, efficient experience and am committed to providing high-quality clinical service to patients.
