I have worked with clients aged 18+, exploring issues such as: depression, anxiety, body image, eating disorders, self-harm, childhood abuse, stress, self-esteem, grief, sexuality, and transitions to college/university. I have also worked with neurodivergent individuals and adapt sessions to suit their unique and evolving needs.
