As a qualified integrative therapist, respect is at the centre of my beliefs. I fervently believe that an individual, no matter who you are, should have the arena in which to be heard, without prejudice, without judgement, and with compassion. To my mind, there is no 'one-size-fits-all' in therapy, and with my client at the centre of my practice, I will listen, hear, and proactively adapt to your needs, with you, right next to you.
