I am a Gestalt psychotherapeutic counsellor. I believe that psychological harm is created in relationships - or in the loss of them. That harm has the potential to be healed in the honest, caring relational space that therapy can provide. Gestalt is holistic. I look at how you resonate in the world in an embodied way, as well as listening to your story.
