At times, we all feel overwhelmed, uncertain or stuck, and have a sense that there is more out there and within us, to be discovered and brought to life, than we are engaging with. The aim of my therapy sessions is to enable you to get back in touch with yourself. To understand what is holding you back; how you can break the cycles of anxiety, monotony and the roles you feel you are stuck in. Whether you are sad, lonely, frustrated, uncertain, ashamed, guilty or confused, we can work together to support you through it so that you are not just surviving but thriving.
I have a Masters and Advanced Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy which allows me to weave together different psychotherapeutic approaches to suit your individual needs. I also have a qualification in Attachment Theory; how your past experiences may have framed how you engage with others, yourself and the world around now and how we can break these patterns
It's difficult to reach out for help, particularly in a culture where we are expected to work it out for ourselves and where appearing to struggle in life is seen as 'weak'.
