Amongst them are travellers/digital nomads, expats, refugees needing help with the adaptation in a new environment, or who simply prefer having sessions from the comfort of their home. I assist them with cross-cultural issues (communication issues, feeling misunderstood, isolated, struggles with sense of belonging) and relationship difficulties (Family dynamic, betrayal, affair, separation, short-lived relationships, relationship obsession), Obsession/OCD, Phobia, anxiety, stress, trauma/complex trauma.
Since our psyche communicates to us through physical senses, images, symbols and dreams, my approach is creative in nature: Active imagination techniques, guided visualisation, exploration of dreams- these can help you connect to your internal landscape and learn the unique language of your psyche.
I work holistically, meaning that I don't only emphasise talking therapy but also engage with the body and soul. My approach is a blend of creative work with clinically informed modalities - psychodynamic (early life experiences, unconscious patterns, attachment) and IFS (Internal Family System) which focuses on working with internal parts of our psyche.
