If you are experiencing psychological symptoms as a result of a traumatic event, and looking to seek resolution to the impact of such symptoms, I offer a clinically recommended treatment over the course of 12 sessions on a weekly/fortnightly basis. Following initial assessment, approaches will be planned out virtually or in person.
My intervention specialism is in talking treatment for PTSD: Adult TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, as per NICE recommendations) following traumatic event. I am an expert in clinical assessment, formulation and intervention provision, together with progress reviews throughout treatment.
I have an interest in holistic/integrative approaches to support trauma recovery alongside the structured CBT approach - we can tailor treatment together according to your needs, alongside clinical research-based intervention.
