I am trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Gestalt, mindfulness and breath work. These approaches offer unique and powerful tools for exploring and processing emotions, gaining insight into patterns of behaviour and thought, and fostering personal growth and transformation. Whether you prefer talk therapy, creative expression, or a combination of approaches, I can work with you to find the modalities that best suit your needs and goals. It's important to note that everyone's experience with therapy and these modalities is unique, and what works for one person may not work for another.
I specialise and have experience working with clients who are dealing with the following: Human trafficking victims, Modern day slavery victims, Postpartum anxiety, Postpartum depression, Postpartum rage, Child sexual abuse survivors, Adult sexual abuse survivors, Substance misuse, Generalised or specific Anxiety, Depression, Physical abuse victims.
One of the most important factors in counselling in order to see results is the therapeutic alliance, or the relationship between the counsellor and client, build on trust, non-judgmental listening and compassion.
