I have extensive knowledge of working with clients with a range of mental health difficulties, including people in emotional crisis. A unique approach to couples counselling that includes individual and joint sessions, working with each person's experiences and how this impacts the relationship.
Although entering therapy may be daunting, I’ll be there for you. We’ll build a relationship supporting growth, healing and change with a deeper grasp of what has led you to seek help. I offer individual once or twice weekly sessions, including for couples. Initial consultation includes a discussion of fees and how we can make therapy work for you.
