I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience working in the NHS, research and private practice with people of all ages. I have treated people with low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, bipolar disorder, psychosis and long-term physical health conditions amongst other difficulties.
Regardless of the challenges you might be facing therapy with me is collaborative and transparent. Having a broad knowledge of different therapies allows me to be flexible and to tailor the therapy to suit your goals and needs. I work hard to develop a warm and trusting environment so that you feel comfortable to share, and therapy is sometimes fun too!
