Being an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor, I bring together many pathways that offer different approaches that can be tailored to fit the needs of each client. Integrative psychotherapy is a progressive therapy offering flexibility and builds on the latest understanding of psychotherapy, neuroscience and how our mind, body and soul are connected.
It is fundamental that you find the right therapist for you, one that you can work with and trust. It can be a daunting task, not always knowing what you are looking for and what to ask.
