As a counsellor I understand how hard reaching out can be and making those first steps can be difficult, I want to reassure you that I am here for you to listen to you. My main working model is a person centered approach however I am an integrative counsellor, which means sessions are tailored to suit your needs. I also have the skills and resources to use creativity within sessions if wanted, but equally be there to just listen to you. I'm a fully qualified counsellor with skills in Person centered therapy, CBT, The pro-active approach and Solution Focused brief therapy and ACT. I have worked with many clients in many different areas with a variety of presenting issues. I am also fully qualified to work with Children and Young people and can bring many techniques into the space.
