People come to counselling for many different reasons; they may have lost their way in life or their passion and enthusiasm for the things that used to bring them joy. For all of those people who hope I will have all the answers, I don't! I will not tell you what to do, but....I WILL however, share any knowledge and resources I have with you to hopefully alleviate any emotional distress you are facing. Together we will develop your own set of skills and tools to use when necessary. I WILL offer you a safe and non-judgemental space, where you will be heard and understood, valued and respected.
Our aim (you and I) is to improve your overall wellbeing, including relationships, sleep, confidence, lower stress and much, much more! My work within local and national services has been to support those who have experienced domestic abuse as well as control and coercion as well as many other issues.
As a therapist, I work with individuals on a one to one basis. No two people are the same, so therapy will be specific to you. Daytime, Evening and Weekend sessions available, please get in touch if you would like to discuss potentially working together.
