Hello I'm Angela, a Mental Health Professional with over 20 years experience in the NHS supporting infants, children, adolescents and adults in their emotional wellbeing and mental health thus working with a broad range of presentations. I am also a HCPC Registered Art Psychotherapist and Jungian Analyst in training. You may have varied reasons for accessing therapy at this moment in time, working together through a relational process my role is to assist you in making sense of the experiences in your life as to support growth, development and change.
My Jungian analytical approach includes both talking and or, art. Using dreams/images and art can support expression of feelings. My practice is informed by Trauma Focused work with no requirement to make art or be artistic. If art is used then just a willingness and curiosity to experience art materials is all that's needed.
To support the process of therapy/analysis it is essential a meeting is had prior to think about what you may need and whether this feels like the right fit for you. Please note: I am currently providing three times a week analysis at a reduced fee. Should this be of interest please get in touch.
