My name is Angel, and I can help you reconnect to your own story so you can fully connect to others and the world around you. I help people see how their past informs their present. When you understand this, you become aware of new possibilities for the future. You can find new ways to connect with your loved ones, and to find purpose.

I use proven therapy techniques infused with humour and warmth. In our work together, we'll delve into the narratives that shape your life, uncovering hidden strengths and resources that lie within. By integrating ecological principles, we'll foster a deeper sense of connection with the world around you. The opposite of joy is not sadness, it's isolation.

As an expat, I understand personally what it's like to feel different and disconnected. I also have a rare congenital birth difference that I hid for many years, so I know the fear and pain of hiding. And I know the joy that comes from being open and vulnerable.
