Counselling can help you learn to manage the negative feelings associated with your struggles; to recognise, understand and change self-defeating patterns, to heal past pain. It can help unlock and foster the inner strength needed to learn new ways of behaving in relationships and to deal with crises, boosting self-esteem and feelings of self-worth.
I am warm, kind, non-judgemental and easy to talk to. I provide a safe space where you can explore your life and your problems. I work from a deep respect for you and who you are. My role is to help you to find what is right for you as an individual. I bring over 20 years experience to my work.
