Hi, my name is Andy. I am a qualified counsellor, offering 1 to 1 sessions from my therapy room in Oxenhope near Keighley, as well as telephone and online sessions. I work using a person centred approach, that enables you to experience the therapeutic process in your own way, and at your own pace. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, struggles at work, or any other issues, accessing counselling can support you on your personal journey.
By creating a safe, warm, and non-judgemental environment, I aim to provide you with somewhere where you can explore any issues that you want to share. By talking about life events, your emotions, thoughts and feelings, you can start to make sense of the issues that you bring to counselling.
