As an Integrative Counsellor here in Sandbach and Crewe, Cheshire, I can help you explore areas you'd like to focus on in session. My areas of expertise include helping overcome past traumas, historical abuse, and anxiety. I have been in private practice since 2006 and have worked within the NHS Mental Health Services and The Priory Hospital - Altrincham, Cheshire.

My approach to providing a talking therapy practice is rooted in Integrative Counselling, Solution-Focused Therapy, Wellness Coaching, Mindfulness, and Timeline Therapy. I work collaboratively with you to help identify your strengths, overcome limiting beliefs, and develop practical strategies for achieving your goals.
