I work with adults of all ages and young people mainly here in East London and also online. If you find yourself stuck, having a difficult time, or maybe unclear about who you are or what to do, I believe I can support you in taking the next steps forward.
My practice is grounded in the here-and-now: what is it like talking about difficult subjects in this moment, what does this bring up? In this way we can often approach the essence of your own process and work on that together. My approach is therefore interpersonal and existential, building on my training in Gestalt and Person-Centred modalities.
At the core of my practice is the belief that the quality of our working relationship greatly influences how much you are able to get out of therapy. I have seen clients make great strides in their life when we have been able to find out exactly how to best support them. My hope is to be able to do that with you.
