Hello, I'm Andreas, a psychotherapist registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I hold a Masters degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and I’ve been trained in various therapies including CBT, Psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems and EMDR. I've had the privilege of working as a therapist in the NHS, where I gained invaluable experience in addressing a wide range of issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, anger, trauma, and relationship difficulties. My approach is relational, and I believe in tailoring therapy to the individual needs of each client.

Together, we can explore and process difficult thoughts and feelings, helping you recognize unhelpful habits, resolve painful emotions, and develop healthier coping strategies and communication skills.
