I believe that counselling should be at your pace, and I draw upon various approaches which best fit your individual needs, I am a qualified Humanistic therapist focussing on the person-centred approach, and I also incorporate Gestalt Therapy, Brief therapy and Solution focussed therapy into my therapy.
My Humanistic approach focuses on showing empathy and understanding for my fellow human beings, which I use to help create a theraputic relationship with my clients.
