I am a Child and Adolescent Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with 11 years experience, seven running a secondary school counselling service. An integrative therapist, I commit to empathy and acceptance, consider the impact of past events on current behaviour, the significance of attachment patterns, and cognitive and behavioural patterns contributing to anxiety and low mood. I offer talk, play and sandtray therapy utilising creative resources, supporting children and young people to explore their challenges in pursuit of improved mental health.
