Counselling offers a confidential space to offload and gain helpful tools to make sense of the situation and find a way forward. As well as face to face sessions, I offer my online sessions to clients anywhere in the UK.
I am an integrative counsellor, meaning that i have trained in different approaches. This allows me to adapt my techniques to working with a range of clients and adapt to their differing needs.Face to face sessions are held in the beautiful historic town of Hexham, Northumberland, in welcoming rooms, in a central building in the town.
I offer a warm, caring approach and build rapport and trust. The support I offer can help with different areas; including grief and loss, depression, trauma related issues from childhood, relationship issues, anxiety, historic domestic abuse, separated parents in conflict and others.
