Hello. I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist committed to helping people make meaningful changes in their lives through effective psychological therapy. I work with adults, adolescents, parents and families. Alongside my private practice, I have worked as a qualified Clinical Psychologist in the NHS for over 17 years providing effective treatment for adults, adolescents and families from diverse backgrounds. I have supervised therapists and held management roles in a variety of services. In my current NHS role I hold a senior role at a national therapy programme at the internationally-respected Maudsley Hospital in London.
I specialise in the treatment of stress, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, depression, emotion dysregulation and high-conflict relationships. I am trained and experienced in a number of evidence-based therapies, including: Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness.
I care a great deal about providing you with an effective therapy to help you reach your goals as quickly as possible and I take pride in ensuring the process is an active, collaborative, and interesting learning experience.
