I work with a wide range of concerns including complex and longstanding conditions, such as anxiety disorders, depression, personality disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, alcohol/drug/gambling addiction, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, bipolar affective disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, and psychosis.
I integrate a number of therapeutic models whilst adopting a tailored approach to every situation. Models Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Mindfulness, psychodynamic person centred therapy. I am also able to offer specialised assessments for diagnostic and/or clinical purposes.
My aim is to help you to meet your needs and support you through the journey of achieving your goals and reaching your full potential. I believe therapy is a crucial element in the management of both mental and physical health.
